Lower residence also has a front patio that is perfect for family gatherings, and the large gas BBQ allows for easy meal preparation. Upper residence is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that also comfortably sleeps 6, and can sleep 8 using the provided queen size rollaway bed. Upper residence has a large deck off of the living area with a gas BBQ, living and dining areas and an ocean view. It also offers a palatial master bedroom with a large private deck. Each residence has one garage space, driveway parking, and use of the shared beach shower. Both residences are luxuriously appointed with designer furnishings & hotel quality linens. Each offers a gourmet kitchen outfitted with cookware, and service for 8. Flat Panel Smart TV’s are located in every room with Direct TV, there's a printer/scanner/fax in each residence. Price is per residence. Rate is negotiable during low season, but may increase for shorter stays or during vacation periods & summer months
