This villa does not have it's own private balcony, the balcony pictured is a common area balcony. The plush beige suede futon is ready to house extra guests in the living and dining area. You’ll find a glass dining table there, designed to make it easy to accommodate everyone. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops set against our custom mahogany wood cabinetry. This spacious villa is accessible, in that it is wheelchair and handicap friendly with easy access to the main driveway.

This peaceful beach retreat, with ocean and mountain views, is a cross between mid-century modern and industrial chic. It has a casual elegance and calm about it that is unmistakable. The property is quietly nestled just above the eclectic and charming village of Laguna Beach with access to gorgeous beaches, art galleries, well-curated museums, fabulous restaurants, nightly live music and year-round festivals. The home has three bedrooms and three full baths. This property offers free street parking, weekly maid and gardening service, on property washer/dryer, gourmet chef’s kitchen, with white marble counter tops, Viking, Bertazzoni, and Bosch appliances. Additional features include a beverage refrigerator, air conditioning, grill, fire pit, deck heater, paella burner and pans, wooden-burning fire place, Alexa speaker, lightning-fast fiber optic Wifi with Eero boosters, large-screen TV, AppleTV with streaming services, beach gear, Brazilian hammock, spice garden and security system. Guests will have access to the whole house, including a “treehouse” and courtyard. The entire property is gated. In the privacy of the backyard there is a raised deck known as the “treehouse” with both mountain and ocean views equipped with fire pit table, heater, lounge chairs and couches, Brazilian hammock, dining table, 12 metal bistro chairs for extra seating, chef’s grill, paella burner with large and small pans, antique Franciscan dishes, glasses and utensils and bluetooth speaker all underneath the umbrella of a gorgeous Chinese elm that sprouts up up through the middle of the deck creating a natural canopy. There are fresh spices just outside the gourmet kitchen as well as spices and condiments to the left of the stove and in the fridge for guest use. The storage shed in the backyard has everything needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, rafts, toys, towels, and boogie and surf boards. Available June and Aug 2024
